While the room rates might seem low, the location is a major downside. It is situated far from the city center with poor road connectivity and no public transport. The extra cost of booking cabs (Ola/Rapido) makes it more expensive than staying at a hotel in the city center.
The hospitality is equally poor. The kitchen staff is unresponsive; I had to call reception multiple times just to get a response. Even for breakfast, the order was only taken after multiple follow-ups and was served with a one-hour delay. I would suggest looking for better options closer to the city.I requested to shorten my 2-day stay to 1 day before checking in. The receptionist insisted on 'upgrading' my booking instead of cancelling the second day. However, no upgrade was actually provided. It was a dishonest way to keep me from cancelling
