This is probably the best place to stay if you find yourself in the southeast corner of Tennessee (Copper Basin region). It’s conveniently located right at the intersection of the two chief highways of the region, US 64/74 and TN 68. It looks like an old cheap motel on the outside, and the structural steel has rusted some on the stairwells (no elevators), but the rooms have been beautifully renovated on the inside. Pillow-soft beds, ample furnishings, even a kitchen-like counter with a separate sink, microwave, and glass-door refrigerator. Breakfast is scant, limited to a few baked goods, fruits, and instant oatmeal, but it’s handy if you’re in a rush.
There is a number to call if you need assistance, but if you check in after the staff’s quitting time, you absolutely will not see anyone before 10 am. Fortunately, I didn’t need anything, but I also didn’t know what to do with the key, so I left it on the front desk on my way out. The rooms are supposed to have a keypad for access, but mine was not working, so they stuck the key in the door and left it there for me.
All in all, a good experience. Definitely would stay there again.

We arrived around 8pm the receptionist went home already and we didn't get an email and text about our access codes beforehand, good thing Kyle was there and assisted us. It was a clean hotel, i will recommend and stay again if I visit the area again

Room was great! No staff on premises so you have to get email of room number and door code but Agoda isn't used by them much anymore so it took 2 phone calls to get situated. Loved the room and location though!
