    Room was average. Not as per website. They did not provide towel till 8.00 pm after check-in. Requested 5-6 times. Staff was polite but service time is very bad.

    Cons 1. Location : In main Topavan, 750m away from busy main road. Approach lane is horrible, as you will not find any road, just a kuccha pathway. Hotel does not have proper signage and banners to guide the commuters. 2. Cleanliness - Small property with appx 15-17 rooms, however the common areas are not kept clean. Even our room floor was mopped twice as it was so dirty. Washrooms were clean and pool was also not too dirty and we used the pool. Resturant unused crockery was all covered in dust. 3. Facilities - apart from pool and gym there is no other facility 4. Morning Receptionist - Is so unwelcoming and negative, God knows what but he reflects the same in his actions to the guests of this hotel. I witnessed at least 2 verbal arguments with other inhouse guests and then on 3rd day it happened with me, when I asked him to assist us and send his hotel boy to bring stomach infection antibiotic from the main road medicine shop for my child. Such a horrible experience it was for me to seek help from him to which he refused and continued his rude and insensitive behaviour. Apart from this fellow, all the staff members are really courteous and helpful, the room cleaning, the resturant staff and they smile back to you.. Pros 1. Food - food was upto our taste, we asked for less spicy and we were served as per our request. Hot and fresh food is served within no time. Thank you for serving us with food. Do not expect too many options in Breakfast buffet but still it was fresh and tasteful 2. Car parking - they have their own covered car parking space but it is limited to only 6-7 cars, I got my space to park my vehicle and it is safe. You can access parking from main reception 3. Budget Friendly - this is a typical budget hotel you cannot call it even a 2Star, so do not expect such service levels. If you have cost as your priority, then this hotel can be your option. But there are dozens of other similar to this property in the same location, so choose wisely. Overall I would rate my stay 3 stars out of 5 Lots to be improved in this property and specially with customer care, show some courtesy, be sensitive and humble towards guests. Greet them with smile and your Hotel will prosper even more.
