    My mom loves it very well cz it’s near in SM Lanang… Clean and cozy place… but not enough parking space at the hotel. Staff also are very friendly.

    Our stay was decent overall. The room itself was clean, and I appreciated that they only provide one key card that works for both the door and the room's power—it seems like a thoughtful way to conserve electricity. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which was noticeable throughout our stay. It wasn't unbearable, but better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. I've stayed at more affordable accommodations that were better maintained and smelled much fresher. The TV remotes also weren't working, and while the staff were polite, the person who assisted us seemed new and wasn't always confident in answering our questions. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with better housekeeping and a bit more staff training, the experience could be much better.
