    Our overall stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time at the property. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of options. The ambiance throughout the hotel was lovely, and the gym, swimming pool, and changing room facilities were all well-maintained and added to the overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: * Bell desk coordination: The luggage handling process needs significant improvement. After arriving, we had to call the front desk multiple times to inquire about our luggage. Eventually, we were asked to come down and identify it ourselves, but the luggage wasn’t there. It turned out that our luggage had never been taken out of the car before the valet moved the vehicle to the parking area. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. We also noticed several other guests experiencing similar issues, with some waiting over an hour for their luggage to be delivered. * Front desk service: The front desk staff member, Pradeep, could benefit from additional training in guest communication and service etiquette. While processing our check-in, he interrupted our check-in to assist other guests, leaving us waiting for several minutes without any explanation. Since we were unsure why this happened, we requested another front desk associate to complete our check-in, and the process was completed promptly. Overall, this is a wonderful five-star property with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. With a bit more attention to operational coordination and guest service, it would truly deliver the seamless five-star experience that guests expect.

    We recently stayed at The Lalit Jaipur and the experience was deeply disappointing, especially for a property that claims to be a 5-star hotel. At the time of check-in, Mr. Pradeep was attending to us but repeatedly prioritized other guests, keeping us waiting unnecessarily. After traveling nearly 600 kilometers from Lucknow to Jaipur, this was the last thing we expected. A long journey demands basic courtesy and efficient service — neither was provided. The room condition was pathetic. The lighting was extremely dull, and most importantly, the air conditioning was not functioning. After multiple calls and even visiting the reception personally, a technician was sent. We then left for Chokhi Dhani and returned around 11 PM, assuming the issue had been resolved. However, the AC was still not working. When we called reception again, the lady on duty responded dismissively, stating that a technician had already visited earlier in the day — as if that automatically meant the problem was solved. We clearly informed her that the AC was still not functioning and even asked her to come personally and check. The tone and response were highly unprofessional. While technical failures can happen anywhere, what is completely unacceptable is the staff’s attitude and lack of accountability. For a 5-star property, this level of service is inexcusable. The staff appeared poorly trained, indifferent, and unwilling to take ownership of guest issues. Mr. Pradeep’s conduct during check-in should also be reviewed by management. Guests deserve equal attention and professional handling, not selective prioritization. This stay was frustrating, exhausting, and far below expectations for a hotel of this category. I sincerely hope management takes corrective action, as experiences like this seriously damage the brand’s reputation.
