We really enjoyed our stay at the Kraal. Friendly staff and very helpful. They are busy with renovations and you can see the upkeep of the facilities is very important to them. It's not the most luxurious Venue, but definitely comfortable. You do not need more for a break away.

What a horrible experience!! On our arrival 20:00 all doors closed and no one in reception area. After a call someone booked us in and direct us to the back of the building, where she will meet us at the unit. We use our phone for light as there was no lights in the parking area or outside the unit. Once inside the unit, it was clearly, not what we paid for. The person said we can move the following day to another unit. That option was not possible, our schedule did not allow it. We did not pay for red carpet treatment but expect a clean unit. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. Hair and dirt on the toilet and basin. paint peel from the wall. The room was not better, floor and cupboards not clean. AC did not work, a replacement fan heater was in the room. On our departure I express my disappointment to Gaynor, and ask if she would stay in such a filthy place. She ask for photos and said they will pay back my money. Still waiting for my money.... I`ve upload 6 photos but will sent more on request.
