    Overall it's ok. Only the entry road to that hotel was too narrow, for car traveller was challenging. The staff shall guide/control the customer Car parking as that car parking area was insufficient and I had facing that one of customer was parking in messy as 1 car in 2 parking box cause unable to park. Anyhow the staff finally had settle that car parking issues. Others than that, staff was helpful as to check the tour information what I asked, example schedule of the boat .....etc.

    Hotel is good actually quite decent. Staff are very sweet and helpful.. Even the location is near to Grand palace… street are so calm and peaceful. However it doesn’t have a restaurant. You struggle for food. There are small shops and 7eleven but unlike other restaurant which provide buffet with variety of options. This is just one thing

    I had a really great experience at Kite Hotel. I had an unexpected problem and needed to change hotels immediately, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made the whole situation much easier for me. The hotel was also very clean, and peaceful, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were all kind and professional. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend staying here.
