Total luxury with well appointed deluxe room, large verandah area with jacuzzi, rugged mountain views & sea views. 10/10 for comfort & all the luxury items provided in room. X Large white towels, bathrobes, slippers and it's peaceful. Great place to relax. Outstanding breakfast buffet included.

I am definitely recommending this hotel. It’s sparkling clean the staff is welcoming friendly and very helpful. (They helped us to make a reservation for a dinner in chora, and surprised us with a gift that my parents sent through them). The gym is great. (I would add a bench press bar maybe, but you really do have good facilities for a great work out. The breakfast is nice. However you do need to know that the hotel is located somewhat far from the center. To enjoy the nightlife—which is highly recommended—a car is essential, as it requires a 20 to 25-minute drive. And unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant is not good enough for for the kind of dinner we wanted. During the day, reaching a more picturesque and unique beach than the one at the hotel, also requires driving. A beautiful nearby beach is just a 5-minute drive away, while more distant spots, such as Plaka Beach, take about 15 minutes to reach. This was not an issue for us, as we rented a car for our vacation and were prepared to drive. However, guests should simply be aware of this and factor it into their plans. Despite these minor drawbacks, I believe the overall experience and the value for money are exceptional. I recommend this hotel. Finally, to the hotel staff, if you are reading this: thank you very much, we had a wonderful time.

The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and well designed, with nicely finished bathrooms. The outdoor areas are one of the strongest points: the main pool is beautiful, especially in the evening, the common areas are well maintained, and our private outdoor area and plunge pool were very enjoyable, particularly at sunset. One thing I really appreciated was that fresh towels were brought every day without us even having to ask. Unfortunately, the service does not fully match the property, especially considering rates can reach €*** per night. The biggest issue was housekeeping and the lack of privacy awareness. On several occasions, housekeeping entered without properly knocking, and even the Do Not Disturb sign was ignored. There were also days when the housekeeper remained in the room for an unusually long time while we were there. Once I returned, took a shower, finished, and she was still inside the room, leaving only several minutes later. On another occasion, despite the DND sign and us clearly wanting privacy, calls were still being made to reception from inside our room instead of simply leaving. This happened often enough to become uncomfortable. Housekeeping should knock, respect a DND sign and leave when guests return and want to use their room. The cleaning itself was average, around 6/10. The room was generally clean, but sometimes rubbish was not removed and used glasses were left behind. The staff were generally friendly and responsive, so the issue was more a lack of hospitality training and clear procedures than attitude. Another disappointing detail concerned the Nespresso capsules. The room information states that each room includes a Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules, with extra capsules available through reception. We requested more during our stay and only found out on the last day that they were being charged. If extras are chargeable, this should be communicated when ordering them. It was also surprising that even a simple 1L bottle of complimentary water was not provided daily. Breakfast was very repetitive and limited. Every morning there was essentially the same selection: one type of sausage, one type of ham, one cheese and very little variation. It definitely needs more variety and better quality. The restaurant was another weak point. The concept seems to aim for a more refined style, but the execution is not quite there. The food was acceptable, but several dishes lacked flavour and character, and I expected better cooking overall.
