Very comfortable stay and an ideal location to explore the Mornington Peninsula. The room felt much bigger than expected, and the bathroom was especially spacious. It was also very convenient to have a toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and a microwave available in the room.
The only challenge was the check-in process. As a foreign traveler without an Australian phone number, it was difficult because the entry code was sent only via SMS. We were able to call the hotel and receive the PIN before arrival, although providing credit card details verbally for a deposit felt slightly uncomfortable.
Overall, the room was very comfortable and everything was in great condition. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the BEST motel experience and I highly would come for second!! The check in is fast cause using code and I love that it is simple yet elegant. It doesn't feel like we stay at a motel.

Cute old school motel with stylish makeover. Close to Alba hot springs and an easy drive to vineyards and beaches. A beautiful beach across the road! Simple and affordable stay in the peninsular.

Check in very poorly handled leading to complications. I had no issues with room. Also parking was frustrating as I had other drivers take my spot leaving me stranded, staff unwilling to assist. It also took me 10 minutes to leave after checking out as parking layout was awkward. The laundry vehicle was parked right behind a row of lots restricting movement. Overall this stay felt rather miserable. If this place was managed with more care and thought it probably wouldn’t have been nearly as bad.
