    In the future if agoda booked through 3rd party websites eg. Trip, agoda should notify the buyer in advance to avoid problems

    one star for location only. room was not clean - lots of stains blood and likely urine/sweat on sheets, top blanket was old and tattered. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, but my room was not cleaned once during this time. I was only given 1 towel for the whole stay. I asked for a 2nd towel when I checked in and was told no. No hand towel for the sink either. Bathroom smelled like sewage. I booked this stay through Agoda but staff had issues finding the booking when I tried to check in.
