    I have quite a high standard when choosing hotels because, for me, a stay is not only about the room — it’s about the whole experience and atmosphere. And honestly, The Kala never failed me. This trip was so relaxing and enjoyable that it even convinced me to extend my flight ticket for one more night, which says a lot 🤍 I absolutely loved the environment and the peaceful vibe of the hotel. The view from my room was beautiful, and I feel very lucky to get such a nice view this time. Hopefully my next visit will be just as lucky again. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the iced Americano — it was honestly my favorite part of the morning and surprisingly so good. Small details like this made the stay feel more memorable. However, I still feel like the hotel could improve some small details inside the room. When I checked in, there was no toothbrush, cotton buds, shower cap, comb, or even bathrobes provided in my room. These may seem like small things, but they really affect the guest experience and comfort. If the hotel paid more attention to details like this, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family next time. I would also like to give 5 stars to the massage experience. My therapist, Khun Aor, was very skillful and professional. The massage was wonderful and relaxing — honestly one of the highlights of my stay and probably one of the reasons that would bring me back again in the future.

    Very outdated Very old and needs serious repairs Way way too many stairs Location isn't great as well Breakfast was not ok I would not recommend better to get a smaller room closer to city center
