    The hotel staff were very courteous … the location is very close to the shopping area in TNagar. Walking distance. There is one thing which I didnot know about the checking in and out times. Even though Agoda booking states this as 12noon the hotel rule is that u can stay 24 hours from what ever the time that we check in.

    This location is ideal for shopping purpose as its very close to Usman Road T Nagar. Stayed in this hotel 2024 Nov for 2 days. On the cleanliness of the hotel , i was not fully satisfied. Even though i made pre booking and advanced payment done, i arrived around 5 PM in the evening still i had to wait for 30 mins to get my room. The Room they given to me was not cleaned well. Bedsheets & Towels were full of stains. Room wasn't cleaned properly. I had to change my room as the initial given room was very dirty and TV also didn't worked well, No Hot water facility. Entire hotel premises were surrounded with mosquitos.
