    After being let down by two previous hostels in Cairns, I finally found Jack’s… and ended up extending my stay. That pretty much says it all. This place is seriously lucky to have Ricky. His hospitality is the real deal, genuine, kind, and always with a smile. I honestly felt like if I needed anything, I could just ask, and he’d be happy to help. He even recommended a tour that ended up being one of the highlights of my entire trip. R knows everything you have do and go in Cairns! Beyond the amazing staff, the hostel itself is super clean, has great facilities, and the guest menu is honestly one of the best deals around, affordable, but still great quality. Thank you, Jack’s, for an awesome stay. I hope everyone gets the chance to meet a Ricky somewhere along their journey.

    The staff is great. They're very friendly. The rooms, specially the ones with toilet are very clean. The only downside it's above a loud bar, so in the weekends it's hard to sleep.
