    Just loved it. The people there are extremely pleasant, cooperative and helpful. Just the kind of people I get along with. Everything was spick and span. The Masala and Ginger Tea were amazing and so was the food. Will definitely prefer to stay here during my next visit to Almora or Kasar Devi.

    Good stay overall. Kasar Devi Temple is very close to the hostel, which is a plus. However, don’t expect mountain views from the rooms. We booked a private room with a balcony, but couldn’t enjoy it because of the monkeys around the property.

    Great and affordable for backpackers who can take up bunk beds but the private room is very costly for the facilities. In my stay the only problem was that the bathroom was stinky due to backwash smell from drain which did not go away and the water pressure was really bad so bathing was troublesome Food is costly but tasted very good. Location is such that there are not many options nearby so if you have a private vehicle, you’re good. Scooty for rent nearby. Pleasant stay overall. Nice vibe and indoor games to play. Great view of the sunrise from private room balcony
