    Rooms are good but room service are not good and property is covered with under construction sites and swimming pool is not operating, food is not good at stay it's very costly and they provided spoiled food

    The overall stay was very nice and comfortable. The staff was prompt in cleaning the rooms and other common areas. The food in the restaurant was also good. Dr. Manu guided us on a trek from Belekan beach to Paradise beach and to a beautiful sunset point. That was the highlight of the stay. I would highly recommend this stay to people visiting Gokarna. Just one suggestion that the amenities in the common area can be maintained better.

    the property is covered by a lot of under construction properties, swimming pool is not operating, for food they have given us spoiled food, no proper room service or customer issues handled they have a common dailog that we have to do everything from the app, Food was very worst, games and boards shown are very old and broken, shower and hot water problems are not addressed
