    This was our first time in Leh and we chose this hotel. We are so glad that we did. During our travels we stayed there three times and each time the staff were very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful when we had to change one of the bookings. Highly recommend.

    As soon as we reached Highland Ladakh, we were welcomed with warmth. We were escorted to our room which was mountain facing and the facilities in the room were excellent. It was clean and 24x7 warm water was available. We were guided by Ms Sonam at the reception about how to go about our entire tour since this was our first time in Ladakh. I strongly recommend this five star property to everyone who wishes to visit Ladakh in near future. Thanks Highland Ladakh for our wonderful stay.

    We stayed there for a night only and the hotel, room and the washroom were super clean. The staff from the hotel were very helpful, especially the restaurant person Joey. 10/10 on everything.
