    I was a solo-travelor that does not live on a budget. I stayed at the Heritage Courtyard for 4-nights of elegance/luxury and definitely a future 5 star hotel experience in Siem Reap. I was seeking comfort, luxury accommodations, security, and an upscale (luxury) environment. BALCONY ROOM: Upon check-in, my room was upgraded to a balcony room with pool view. Very big room with big bed, refrigerator, security safe for valuables, hot kettle for coffee/tea, large tv, hair dryer, desk with office chair, two chairs and a table for eating or chatting, blackout curtains, cold air conditioning, bath tub, and shower (hot water). Each room comes equipped with a keyless-door entry. Balcony is big and comes equipped with 2 outdoor chairs and a table. LUXURY HOTEL: Heritage Courtyard was very clean, safe, elegant, secure, and a very comfortable environment. The Heritage has a elevator, marble floors throughout the exterior/interior of the building, dolphin swimming pool, lots of expensive furnishings, conference rooms business meetings or elegant events, 24/7 security monitored car/motorbike parking with a five star 🌟 courtyard/luxury hotel look and feel. ON SITE RESTAURANT: The Heritage has a large luxurious restaurant that is open from about 7:00am to 10:00pm daily. Very large selection of delicious local and international food and drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) options. Very welcoming and comfortable environment. NEIGHBORHOOD: Safe, walkable, and very close to local night life, coffee shops, markets, and local restaurants with excellent Khmer food. Also very close to mini-marts to purchase additional items needed. Acleda bank (next door), ABA bank (ATM at the hotel entrance and the actual bank is located across the street), and other local banks within 1-4 minutes walking distance from the Heritage Courtyard entrance. ENGLISH/KHMER SPEAKING STAFF: Check-in/check-out staff was fast, friendly, courteous, efficient, welcoming, and very professional. The onsite English-fluent supervisor went above and beyond to address any and all concerns during my 4-day stay. 24/7 Security staff went above and beyond to provide a safe environment. Housekeeping staff cleaned my luxurious room thoroughly, daily. Also the room had a very clean and standardized hygienic environment. Restaurant staff was also very friendly, courteous, and professional. OVERALL FOREIGN GUEST EXPERIENCE: The newly opened and luxurious remodeled hotel met and/or exceeded my expectations. My stay was a clean, safe, restful, and enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this future 5 star 🌟 hotel to friends, family, or international travelors looking for comfort and extra ordinary style.  Regards, Dr. JimK
