    Very convenient location with lots of cafes downstairs. The room is more than sufficient for 2 people, with powerful aircons. The host is most communicative, and was helpful from start till end of our stay. Highly recommended apartment in the Hanoi area ~ A+++++!

    The rooms are fine. But this place will need to do a lot of work before it can call itself a hotel. First of all, there's no receptionist. There's only a single security guard who apparently handles everything from checking in guests to cleaning the rooms when guests leave. I added the host on zalo to communicate more easily, but it seems there is zero communication between him and the security guard/housekeeper at all. Several times I requested basic necessities like a hair dryer (why wasn't there one in the room in the first place?), and it took two days and three requests for someone to finally bring it. Another time I asked for some clothes hangers, as there were none at all in the spacious wardrobe, and they never came at all. The communication issues didn't stop there, but I'll spare you the details. Furthermore, there is only a single washer and dryer for the whole building to use, which means if they need to wash sheets or towels, your clothes will have to wait. This along with the communication issues makes it a very unpleasant experience. I find it hard to recommend a place where guests are treated as an inconvenience just for making extremely basic requests. Thanks for everything, and I'm sorry that I couldn't be more positive.
