    Paid for the pool view room and got a view of south point and the street. Asked if I got a refund and they said no it’s just the way it is. The facility is nice has been upgraded staff is friendly

    However did have issue with cleanliness this time. Reported to management, received vouchers and late check out.

    The room was very dated, the plumbing didn't drain well and my door was difficult to shut and lock. Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered ringing until I finally gave up. The resort fee was high for what is offered. All interactions with staff were great! I would not however stay here again from this experience.
