    📍 Location: Nestled in Moylapota, one of Khulna’s quieter, greener neighbourhoods, The Grand Placid offers a peaceful escape while still being close to the city’s transport hubs. It's about 15 minutes’ walk to Khulna Railway Station, and a quick Tuk-tuk ride to Sonadanga Bus Station 🚕—ideal for travellers catching trains or heading to Mongla and Bagerhat. 🛏️ Room & Comfort: Rooms are spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, with simple yet elegant décor. Bedding is soft, bathrooms are tidy, and most rooms have large windows for natural light 🌤️. ✅ 24/7 front desk ✅ Strong Wi-Fi ✅ Room service available ✅ Lift access and in-room amenities (toiletries, kettle, TV) Perfect for resting up after a dusty day in Sundarbans or Bagerhat. 🍽️ Dining Experience: The in-house restaurant is surprisingly good! I tried: Prawn fried rice 🍤 Chicken capsicum stir-fry 🥢 Both were generous in portion, cleanly prepared, and tasted like a cross between Chinese hotel-style and Bengali fusion. Prices range around BDT 700–900 per dish — worth it for quality and hygiene.
