    When booking no info was given as a warning that a wedding was going on the Saturday night we stayed 19th September 2026. Our room was on 2nd floor which must of been directly above the ballroom and the whole room vibrated all night with the very load music in ballroom until passed 1am in the morning . The whole reason for the night away was to rest from a very long year so far and we certainly didn’t get that . When my wife phone down to reception they didn’t seem to care a gave the attitude of what do you expect it’s a wedding . At check out on the Sunday morning20th September 2026 we mentioned it again but once again didn’t seem to care . The most annoying part was even when se checked in nothing was said about the wedding be held there that day and evening , very disappointing . So no I would not recommend it shame as the hotel is a lovely building .

    We stayed here for 2 nights as we came to Birmingham for a wedding. The hotel is lovely and the rooms were great. The bed was very comfortable.

    The room was very tiny and the bed was made for a single person or kids. Just 1,4m wide. No clue why they offer such a room for this price for couples. I would suggest a refund for at least 30-50%, because not acceptable.
