Was a last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised. Clean and value for money. Amazing breakfast. Staff were great. Or room was upstairs via stairs and then had a couple of steps going down into the room. Was happy with everything.

I found my stay quite challenging at times but there were good times too!!
On the first night i woke up at 5 am because it was very cold in the room . I managed to get a heater from room keeping at 11 am. I was told the heating was not put on because no guests were staying in the hotel overnight. I did experience this gloomy abandoned ghostly vibe. There was no coffee or something small to eat in the morning. I understand that I had a room only rate. I thought the bar was well managed and the food was very impressive. There is seemed to be be a lack of facilities as everyone was gone home for the season end. I sent a private email to the property afterwards but got no reply.
