    We are currently staying at The GIG Hotel and have been really impressed with the service, especially from the front reception team - Mook, Vaida and Teena. They have all been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are always happy to assist with anything we need. Their warm and positive attitude has made us feel very comfortable and well looked after during our stay. Mook, Vaida and Teena are genuinely great people and a real credit to the hotel. Their amazing customer service has definitely made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you all so much for making us feel so welcome! We would definitely recommend The GIG Hotel and are really enjoying our stay so far.

    Stayed at The Gig Hotel from 05–13 September and had a fantastic experience. The Front Office team were very warm, efficient, and always helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay. The Pasha Restaurant offered great food with attentive service. The Breakfast team deserves the highest praise — incredibly friendly, energetic, and consistently outstanding every morning. Their service truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommended.

    I've traveled extensively over SE Asia. One thing I've always noticed is that what you see online is rarely what you get in reality. The Gig Hotel was the first place I've stayed in quite some time that lived up to expectations. The location is prime: close to Bangla Street, but off of the main road so a little quieter. Great pool with ocean view. Judging by the other hotels I could see from the rooftop, it was one of the best-positioned pools in Patong. The Pasha Restaurant was very good and morning breakfast buffet was also very good. Clean rooms, friendly staff (yes, they can speak English, contrary to another review I read here). I will 100% stay here again if I come back to Patong!
