    Lovley hotel, good value for money, location is very good only 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. I would definitely stay again.

    We got to check in early, which was great. The staff is super friendly. The room was big and clean. But, there's no TV, fridge, or kettle.

    Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm khá đặc biệt tại The Gem Hotel và Shop House do chính ông chủ thân thiện quản lý. Ban đầu tôi đặt phòng qua Agoda và đã thanh toán đầy đủ, nhưng khi liên hệ xác nhận, khách sạn báo chưa nhận được tiền do quá trình chuyển khoản chưa hoàn tất, và hôm đó lại hết phòng. Điều này khiến kế hoạch của gia đình tôi gặp chút bất tiện. May mắn là sau vài cuộc gọi, ông chủ khách sạn đã chủ động liên hệ và sắp xếp cho gia đình tôi nghỉ tại một căn shop house riêng của gia đình ông. Ông còn chu đáo cho xe đón tận nơi. Dù shop house cách xa trung tâm hơn một chút, nhưng sự nhiệt tình và tử tế của ông khiến chúng tôi rất cảm kích. Shop house rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ấm cúng như ở nhà. Rất phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau những ngày khám phá Ninh Bình. Những bức ảnh tôi chụp ở đây không chuyên nghiệp như các reviewer, nhưng đó là những khoảnh khắc thật lòng và đáng nhớ của một chuyến đi nhiều cảm xúc.
