    While checking in we waited for 30minutes room was getting ready. After getting in room, room was still dirty hairs on floor & bed. Washroom was also tidy. When we made complaint to the owner & staff they were very causal for this reason behind this they provide that we were fully packed dint got time to clean

    1. The approach to the hotel is a nightmare if you have a bigger car.. it's predominantly a goat path . 2. The property is BEAUTIFUL! No doubts about it.. but no amenities like a decent play area for kids, a play area for adults, spa etc.. I'm sure it might be coming in the future but for the charges that these guys apply, not worth it.. 3. Example, I was charged Rs. 420 for 2 small glasses of milk.. and I've stayed in pretty good properties in the past but that is toooooo overboard. And for no reason! 4. Food is 6 or 7/10. Not saying it's bad, but surely you would've tasted better. 5. I opted for the luxury room - Interior is wonderful, space - not too much. For luxury category and the money charged, I found the room cramped. 5. The location and the view from the property is mesmerizing! Hence to me, it's a good property but has to be worth the money! Tarrifs need to be rationalized w.r.t what you're offering to the customers.
