    Our two-night stay at Hotel Excelsior was pleasant in some aspects, particularly the spacious room. However, the overall experience was disappointing considering the price point. While the hotel offers several facilities and activities, almost everything comes with an additional charge. This significantly limits the options available to guests, even after checking in and paying for the accommodation. We were also surprised that basic items and amenities, such as towels and additional tissue, came with extra charges, which we felt was unreasonable for a two-night stay. The breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited choices and only average quality. Given the room rate and the overall positioning of the hotel, we expected a more substantial selection. Overall, while the room was spacious and the property had facilities that could potentially make for an enjoyable stay, the additional charges for many basic amenities and activities, combined with the limited breakfast options, made the experience feel less worthwhile. For the price, we did not feel that the stay offered good value for money. We hope the hotel can reconsider its approach to additional charges and improve the inclusions and dining options to provide guests with a more complete and satisfying experience.

    The facilities was very good but the play ground outside is very expensive and its like not a good value for money. Breakfast menu needs also to improve.
