    They took advantage of our age and put us in a room that was rented by the hour. Cracked window, kicked in bathroom door, bugs in the toilet, air conditioning didn't work and smelled like mold. Too late for old people to repack and go find another hotel. They said they would settle up in the morning for the room price but didn't. He stated "go ahead and report us"
