    The staff were friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was cigarette ash on the bedside table, and the toilet was also dirty. The gym was even smaller than my room, poorly equipped, and had no ventilation, making it quite uncomfortable to use. The swimming pool was also very small and not really usable. Additionally, I had an issue where £100 went missing from my room during my stay. I reported it to the staff, but unfortunately, I did not receive any clear response or resolution. Overall, while the staff were polite, the cleanliness, facilities, and handling of serious concerns need significant improvemen

    The hotel lacked parking, which caused a problem when the police impounded my car in the middle of the night. I had to pay hefty fines for the lack of a parking spot. Additionally, the heating system in my room was inadequate, and the floor was dirty and unkempt.
