    Wonderful helpful staff. Management appalling. Hotel is well positioned near the beach. Reception staff friendly and efficient. No hot water- after contacting reception, it was turned on 10 minutes later. Came back to room and plugged lamp in next to the bed. It exploded in my hand. Hand was black and still got burn marks on two fingers (totally unacceptable, could have been electrocuted) Reception took photos and provided me with plaster and antiseptic. Reception staff apologetic. Upon check out, no management, just the friendly reception girl. Management at this hotel are none existent and obviously don't care that a guest could have died from electrocution.

    Half a block from back beach. Large lobby and dining facilities. Rooms have large windows to let in nice fresh tropical breeze. Excellent values for money.

    The listing appeared great and I wanted to like this place, however it was a failure at every turn. This hotel advertised breakfast included, which was the primary reason I chose this hotel, along with the location. My stay was a Saturday through Wednesday. On Sunday evening, they decided to inform me that they do not serve breakfast Monday and Tuesday. Also, I had to ask for fresh towels daily. My room was only made up one day out of the entire stay, despite requests to have my room made up. I have never experienced a hotel anywhere, that did not have housekeeping attend it daily. Finally, I wanted to relax and read by the pool one morning. Upon arrival, there was not a single chair available around the pool! In summary, everything and anything about this place was a serious failure and I regret booking this hotel! I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for their stay in Vung Tau!
