    Cloud End Resort deserves a 4-star rating. The food was good, the staff were extremely friendly, and the beautiful views made the stay truly enjoyable

    What they show in the pictures is nothing like the actual experience. The room and bed linens were extremely dirty, and the furniture was broken. There were no proper bathroom amenities, and there was no water in the washroom. The buffet breakfast was also very poor. Overall, it was a horrifying experience. We had booked the stay for 4 nights, but after just one night, we had to change our hotel.

    At the time of booking the room rent for one night was Rs 5250/- including GST. After making the payment they asked additional 1000 for the same room I have booked through agoda.
