    Rating: 2/10 Very disappointing stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, from 1st to 4th September 2026. When we arrived, we asked to see a room, but we were not satisfied with the first room they showed us. They then gave us a better room, which was okay. They told us we might need to change rooms after 2 nights, and we did change rooms for the final night. Unfortunately, the room we were given for the last night had an AC problem. The receptionist already knew that the AC was not working but still gave us the room. When we informed them and asked them to fix it, they acted as if they did not care and made no proper effort to resolve the issue. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. Breakfast was finished far too early, normally around an hour before the stated time. When we asked about breakfast, there was no food available. We even asked if they could at least keep some bread so we could have it with butter and jam, but they were not keeping bread either. This was very disappointing for a hotel. Another major issue was that the rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear noise from outside and other areas of the hotel, which made the stay uncomfortable. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, with easy access to the tram. Not worth the money at all. We paid around *** per night, and in my opinion, the hotel is not worth anywhere close to that price. Based on the room, service, breakfast and overall experience, I would say it is worth no more than around *** per night. Overall, not recommended at all. Poor service, disappointing breakfast arrangements, non-working AC, poor soundproofing and very poor value for money. 2/10.
