We were given the same room shown in the booking, but the listing says the apartment can accommodate 5 people, while in reality it can only accommodate 4.
When I contacted him, he was not helpful at all. He expected 3 people to sleep on one bed, and even when I offered to pay for an extra bed, he did not help us and left us sleeping on the sofa.
A very bad experience because of his poor attitude and lack of cooperation.

Total 4 dewasa sorng baby 1 tahun 6 bulan. Owner very nice fast reply. Hotel baru dan bersih. View pun cantik padang golf. Water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Bilik besar dan luas. Dwi bilik. I pilih master bedroom with my wife and my sis n mther inlaw in another room double bed. Both room got toilet and water heater. Both room have balcony also. The hotel got surau, bar and gym. All easy excess. I wish the card can have 2 pcs. So that if someone want to go to gym other still can stay at room. Room got fridge and iron also. Other than that everything is good. Thanks to Allah for this opportunity and bless.

3.5 / 5 Stars – Good stay overall, but access card issues were frustrating.
We stayed at this private unit for 2 days 1 night. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering all the conveniences of the hotel's amenities.
The main reason for withholding a full 5-star rating was an ongoing issue with the access card. The keycard repeatedly failed to work (at the lift), requiring multiple trips to get it re-keyed. While the host were responsive, the inconvenience disrupted our stay and added unnecessary friction to our daily trips in and out.
Would still recommend overall, but bring a bit of patience for the entry system!
