The Bungalows - Absolute Beachfront

Everything was fantastic. The room was great, comfortable king bed that faced the ocean. Complimentary breakfast pack, enough crockery and cutlery to cook and eat food, with a microwave and a Weber Q. Walks along the beach and having dips in the plunge pool. I highly recommend this place.

First 3 days was a dream the last 2 was such a dampener to our 10year wedding anniversary. The views and pool side were absolutely stunning and the bungalow was a great size and had all the right things. By day 4 nobody from house keeping had come even know they should've come on day 3 so I called asking for more towels. When the staff had arrived with fresh towels I had the wet towels waiting for her she let us know she would call around to have someone come to change the linen and take all the rubbish that we had bagged at the front door which was great because of the humidity and being beachside the bed felt damp and I couldn't get any of the towels to dry and we had no toilet paper. My husband offered to take the rubbish to a bin we had seen and she said no someone should have come and they must've forgotten we were there and it isn't good enough and alot of the staff go to the island after a certain time but the she will have someone from elandra come. 2hours later no one had shown up or called we had no "included toiletries left" so I was waiting to have a shower to go to dinner I ended up telling my husband never mind maybe they will come and change the linen and do a turnover when we are dinner. Open the door to a bag that had some bottles of water a few tea bags and muslie and shampoo amd conditioner but no toilet paper even know we let her know we were running out and the door still had the rubbish and the wet smelly towels. The person didn't bother knocking or letting us know they won't be changing the linen. This upset me my husband called them on the way to dinner and the phone clerk stated that the staff member who had supplied the fresh towels told him we didn't want the linen change and there was no one to come and he will send someone to deliver toilet paper. Got back from dinner still with the rubbish piled up and the wet smelly towels at the door but now there was rolls of toilet paper. I say to my husband I just want to have a hot shower and go to bed as it was now raining and cold outside and around 20° Go to have shower and there was no gas in the hot water as they are ment to change it over when they come to do the linen... try call the number a few times finally a guy answers says ill see what I can do and let you know ... doesn't call back. I was so disheartened and felt like 2md class compared to the people staying over at the island I still payed a decent amount to give my husband and I people who work very hard for what we have a dream wedding anniversary. We were up and out before 7am as sleeping without having a shower in a damp bed didn't seem worth it. Beautiful place to stay for a 2 night maximum. The worst part is nobody even got back to us to apologies. The rest of the towns people were lovely we ended up tipping everywhere we ate.
