    Daily supply of coffee biscuit and bottle water are inconsistent, but you can request for it. Fresh towels need to be requested too. Basically it’s not a hotel concept, so do not expect hotel standards. But the admin staff did try her best to attend to our request which we are satisfied 👍🏻

    First and foremost this place is not a hotel, it’s a condo, so don’t expect to check into a hotel. We arrived early and were told to come back because our room wasn’t ready. She we arrived back at 4pm an hour after we could check in. There was an issue regarding our reservation and even after we gave her our name, we still had to show that we were booked for the property. We had to send pics of our confirmation from Agoda to the property manager through line. On top of all that she was demanding a 1000 baht deposit from us, which I refused to pay because there was nothing in my contract mentioning a 1000 baht deposit. The room was nice and clean, but it didn’t seem like it was prepared for guest to stay. The bed wasn’t made up, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was several snack foods and drinks in the refrigerator but we were never told if they were complimentary or we had to pay for them. There was also an extra toothbrush set in the bathroom but they had a 20 baht price tag on them. So needless to say none of that was used. Also the listing stated we had free WiFi, well when we asked about the WiFi we were told there wasn’t any, even though the listing clearly stated free WiFi. The location was great close to many things. You can see the beach from the balcony and catch the nice ocean breeze as well.
