    Hotel reception and hotel at different place which make confused. I suggest remove the coffee whop in font of hotel and make good nice clean reception. Rooms need more cleaning and maintenance. The rooms should be closed holes to avoid bugs come in. I like very big toilet but facilities are very old.

    สถานที่ดี กว้างขวาง ห้องใหญ่ แต่ไร้การรีโนเวท ทำให้ไม่ตรงปกอย่างแรง จิงๆ ที่พักเค้าดีนะ แต่พอไร้การรีโนเวท มันดูเก่ามาก ห้องเหม็นอับ แต่วัสดุที่ใช้ทำบ้านดีทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้า อาหารหมด ไม่มีพนักงานคอยดูแล ต้องตะโกนบอก พนักงานนั่งทานข้าว แต่ไม่ดูแล ช้อนไม่มี แก้วหมด ต้องเรียกทุกอย่าง ไม่ประทับใจ และไม่กลับไปซ้ำค่ะ

    It's a nice big property with gorgeous views especially from the Capsule rooms. Unfortunately, it is in need for some serious maintenance and refurbishments. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, there are a lot of flies in the rooms and dining area, pool was dirty and hence not usable, no phone in the room, there is no proper buggy service transport you to the restaurant - the staff picks you up to ferry you and the car is cluttered, dirty and smelly. They seem understaffed, utensils were not replenished at the breakfast buffet counter. Breakfast variety is extremely limited. Coffee at breakfast is a 3 in 1.
