    This is the most beautiful homestay I have ever stayed in, with an excellent price-to-value ratio. The house design feels like an Instagram fairytale, giving a strong European vibe. The room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with an all-white design that makes the stay incredibly relaxing. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful — almost everything you could possibly need is provided. I truly, highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Although the location is slightly away from the city centre, it only takes about five minutes by Grab to reach town, or around a 15-minute walk.

    Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in Đà Lạt, The ARIX had the cleanest bathroom by far — no sewer smell, strong water pressure, and consistent hot water. The room was exactly as advertised and overall clean. However, the home is wedged between two houses, which makes it very noisy. During our stay, there was ongoing construction, and the neighbor’s water pump was loud in the early mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, the exterior of the house itself had a strong smell of pee, and the balcony directly overlooked the neighbor’s bathroom and roof. This meant unpleasant smells (pee during the day, soap at night), so we didn’t use the balcony. The location isn’t very lively — few cafés nearby, and during our stay Dalat Vintage 1991 and 101 Café & Music were closed. On the upside, there’s a delicious bubble tea shop called Ú NÙ NGON NGON nearby with great drinks and a cute dog. The ARIX also has a nonchalant dog that doesn’t bother guests. It’s also within walking distance of Langfarm and a halal restaurant (Ismael), which was convenient. Water is provided, but it wasn’t topped up during our 2-night stay. Overall: a clean, accurate room listing with a standout bathroom, but the strong odors, noise, and lack of nearby options made the stay less enjoyable.

    The place is very far from the city center, impossible to walk there. The area is very remote, far from everything. There is no good view as shown in the ads. The owner is very nice though.
