I requested 2 bed room for three nights. I was offered 1 night in a cottage and 2 nights in the hotel. I ended up in 2 different cottages for the 3 nights, none with 2 beds, Both cottages were the farthest location from the hotel and I am 100 years old..

If you book through Agoda you will be sorry. They lie lie lie and screw up the reservation. Book directly with National Park Service. Do NOT use Agoda. They Suck!

I booked a king size bed, didn’t get my room, I was told I was lucky to get the room as this third party site is notorious for overpriced, don’t get what promised, the hotel stated this site is notorious of this behavior. A lot times sending customers home, very disappointed, will never book with you again.

We booked in the hotel, but when we arrived they put us in a cottage. When we spoke to the hotel they blamed Agoda.
