    Arrived to two people checked into my room only using a name without my permission, left immediately and emailed about this still no reply absolutely ridiculous and raises serious safety concerns, I managed to get a second key just by giving my name over the phone beside checking as the iPad wasn’t taking the booking reference, wouldn’t recommend
