    This Property is literally Instagrammable. So many Good Spots to click beautiful pics. The staff is great. Loved it.

    Our rooms were opened without permission by the cleaning staff and since we had packed everything inside the bag but only 2 shawls were kept outside, the cleaning staff (especially ladies) stole both of those. We realised once we left from there and after driving 15 min. After almost 1 hour of questioning, when we mentioned that we will talk to owner they gave 1 shawl mentioning that it had fallen behind a door on the way to the reception, which was very hard to believe that how can it fall behind the door!! After that we drove down and informed the owner about the incident and mentioned that we will be reviewing negatively online about the property. After this we dont know what transpired at the resort, while we were around 30 min away from the resort on the way to Manali, we got a call from the resort that they found another shawl near the kitchen door and they requested us to come to the resort to collect it. We refused and mentioned to deliver approx. 30 km away from the resort on our way. They gave the shawl to us and mentioned not to mention this in any review. But since this should not be faced by other, hence thought of reporting this.
