We had a lovely 3 day stay. The pool, bar and restaurant were lovely and it is an easy walk through the town or round the marina to a pleasant beach. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walk and the bus into Old Town (20 minute ride) goes from just across the road and there is a bus schedule at reception. On checkout day we could continue to use the facilities right up until we left for our evening flight. The breakfast buffet is pricey but there are lots of options available. Lovely staff and a really great atmosphere.

loved the hotel it was very cute and the staff was SO nice they arranged a last minute car for us and everything. Only thing I would have liked would have been more pillows in my room. Feels very jail cell like to only get 2 flat pillows.

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the guy at the front desk with the man bun he was kind, helpful, and professional. The staff working at the pool bar were also friendly, which we appreciated.

However, unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.
On our first night, we found a spider in our room. The next morning, we went to the reception to report it, especially because one of us (Bet) has an allergy. We kindly asked if something could be done. The woman at reception explained that the spider had probably entered while the cleaning staff had the window open, and I asked her to please inform the cleaners not to open the window again. She agreed to that. I also mentioned that it was extremely dusty under the beds – there were literally big dust clumps. She said that would be taken care of.
Later that day, we returned to the room after being out for several hours and found the window open again and yet another spider in the room. We also checked under the beds – it was still just as dirty. We went back to the reception and spoke to the same woman (with curly hair and glasses). Another woman was also there, chewing gum and being extremely rude. Neither of them greeted us when we entered – not even eye contact.
I explained we had found another spider, and the second woman (not the one with curly hair) responded in a very disrespectful tone, saying "You have to look," as if she didn’t believe me. The other woman followed me to the room, and when I showed her where the spider had been (we had already killed it), she asked housekeeping to clean the room again.
On the day we checked out, we needed some help. The woman at the desk (again, the same one with curly hair and glasses) was very rude – no greeting, no eye contact. She was also extremely dismissive when we asked to leave our luggage. Later, we needed help finding the address to the port, since we had a ferry to catch. Unlike the man with the man bun, who had earlier spent 10 minutes helping us with directions and even gave us a map, she just said, "Call the company" – even though we’re pretty sure she knew the address but simply didn’t want to help. She was awful.
Overall, thanks to a few kind staff members, especially the man at the front desk, it wasn’t all bad. But the lack of cleanliness, multiple spiders, and shockingly poor customer service from some of the reception staff made this a disappointing stay.
