    Had an absolutely amazing stay here. The hotel is lovely, has all the services and facilities that you need. Although next to a main road, it was not too noisy (and I’m a light sleeper). They provided a travel cot for our young baby. The staff are exceptional, they were so chatty and friendly. We had a young baby with us and they made us feel at home, we understand why people return each year. The restaurant was also brilliant. The cocktails were amazing and the food was so tasty and the vegetarian options were very good (we tried breakfast lunch and dinner). Would highly recommend, not to miss!

    A Little Home Away From Home 🇵🇭❤️🇬🇧 Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel after midnight. By then, there weren’t really any restaurants open nearby, but the front desk staff, Jenner, kindly helped us arrange a food delivery. That first experience already made us feel so welcomed. Then came a nicer surprise as I discovered Jenner's Filipino! And it didn’t stop there. One by one, I noticed fellow Filipinos working at the bar/restaurant (Shine/Melvin), housekeeping, and even in the kitchen. Also met Gian in front desk who happens to book our taxi and bisaya at that. ;) Somehow, seeing so many kababayans made the hotel feel a little bit like home. ❤️ But it wasn’t only because of the Filipino staff. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned regularly, the bed was very comfortable, and the food portions were massive! The calamari was definitely my favourite and honestly, one of the best I’ve had. The drinks at the bar were also really good. Overall, we had such a lovely stay. Great service, comfortable rooms, generous food portions, friendly staff, and great value for money. And of course, having our kababayans around was such a lovely bonus that made the experience even more special. 🇵🇭❤️ Would happily stay here again!

    The hotel is very old but they do clean up the rooms well. It was convenient because they clean the rooms and change the towels everyday. Location is kind of okay because there is a bus stop right across the road if you want to go to old town. The toilets had a very bad smell. Not sure why. Also the air conditioning had a bad smell sometimes too. Luckily the room came with a balcony so was able to get rid of the smell by opening the balcony door.
