    Our 3rd stay in same hotel in 3 years. Close to Narayanaguda Metro and Kachiguda rly station. Excellent clean room. Bathroom is smaller but clean. We have to manage anyhow.

    We checked in to the room where in nothing was informed about the facilities. First day there is no room amenities we have to call for tissue and towel. Next day When breakfast was delivered we ask the tea and coffee wherein staff wasn't aware of the entitlement. He promised that they will deliver tomorrow as today not possible. Next day when we ask for the tea the reception denied and stated they don't serve as there is no buffet. When we are trying to ask him what exactly the problem. We just ask if there is no tea coffee just provide the tea kettle . After long discussion We received the kettle and tea. The only house keeping team was commendable and they knows what is the hospitality. Surender from reception was very polite atleast he knows how to talk. There is two more person could not say gentleman because they are not gentle neither listening. Only giving excuses trying us to listen to him. I would suggest the hotel manager or owner to check the status how they are dealing with the customer. Specially how they talk with the lady and not even listen the issue. We stayed 6 days wanted to extend more 12 days however the behaviour of the reception person ruin our experience. 7:30 am we call to change the room as it was small nothing else. We were assured after 11 they will change the room. I clearly mentioned we are not in hurry as we wanted to extend more days so you can take time 1_2 hour may tomorrow also fine. We received the call from reception to check the room it's on 3rd floor. And one is on second floor which is next to current room.We went and check. We like it on 3rd floor. Even 2nd floor also good but there is no key. We came down and pack the luggage.later on we received the call and stated that there is no room available and Walk in guest came and occupied. Only *** is there if we want u can check. *** which is renovation going on and very bad smell. We politely ask why we were called to check the room if it wasn't available. They are not willing to listen and both are talking together. When requesting them to listen first. But they are not listening and defending. Covering eachother. Stated that House keeping staff told them we didn't like the room . We are surprised why they are asking house keeping. Customer wanted to change the room they should communicate directly with us not to listen what his staff telling. Even we are not even aware when this conversation happened. There is no facility and amenities provided however this is not an issue. The behaviour of receptionist make us feel not to extend more.
