The price on this place is cheap, but it's definitely not the cleanest. The furniture (some repurposed bus seats) had a bunch of pet hair on it and the toilet seat had dried urine that needed to be cleaned off. They didn't make up my room and I had to message them on LINE at 2300 to get some towels brought up. It is located next to the very excellent TechnoGym, but other than that there isn't much around other than a coffee shop. If you're very budget conscious, it's workable but otherwise I would choose somewhere a little nicer.
