    Property is nature wise beautiful but requires proper care and maintenance. We took the luxury cottage and the property was not maintained. Path to the cottage was with algae and water dripping due to rain. Rain water was all over the room. The blankets and bed was wet with moisture. Also had mould smell. We couldn’t use the balcony as there was bad smell coming from outside like sewage smell, what is the point taking luxury cottage then? All pictures are of when it was new. Property is nothing like what is seen in pictures. Breakfast served was tasty and only South Indian. No eggs as you prefer is served. Only boiled eggs are served. Staff want to help but look like they are bound with instructions.

    The property had itself a lot to explore & beautiful with pool, bonfire, music, located inside serene tea gardens as the name suggests. Quite picturesque place. Food quality should be improved though.

    The biggest highlight is the stunning location. The views, mist-covered hills, and greenery made the stay memorable. Regi, the housekeeping team, and other staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. However, the Wi‑Fi was very poor, the TV was not working properly, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the checkout experience. After checking in late, we requested a one-hour checkout extension, but the manager, Mr. Vipin, handled the request in a way that felt rude and unprofessional. He later called us to say our request was “not fair” and showed no regret when we raised our concerns. Without this interaction, I would have rated the stay higher. The property has great potential, but improvements in guest relations and basic room facilities are needed.
