Tambisan Resort is a wonderful place to stay with family. The owner was very accommodating—our original booking was for June 23, but we were unable to arrive on that date due to a typhoon and the cancellation of ferries going to Siquijor. When we finally arrived on June 24, the owner kindly offered to move our check-in date to accommodate our situation.
One of the best things about our stay was the family room—it was very clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of plants around the property. The dining area was also spotless and well-equipped, featuring a refrigerator and cooking facilities if you prefer to prepare your own meals. Everything we needed was already there.
For those who enjoy exploring Siquijor, the resort offers motorcycle rentals at very affordable rates. You can choose from various brands depending on your riding preference.
The complimentary breakfast was fantastic—my family truly enjoyed the food. Guests can also select their preferred dishes from the menu, which is a nice touch.
I highly recommend Tambisan Resort. The place feels very safe, especially for families, as the hotel provides 24-hour security. The location is also convenient—accessible to Siquijor’s tourist spots, near Paliton Public Beach, and within walking distance of San Juan, where the nightlife and party scene are located.

The staff and the owner were very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time staying here and they gave us a lot of recommendations for attractions. It was very peaceful and very quiet and we will certainly visit again.

The resort has a homey and inviting feel to it. Ivette, our host, was very warm and welcoming. The staff are very accommodating as well. We were greeted with a drink and dessert snack when we arrived. I guess we looked very tired as we had a long day that Ivette gave us a couple of face mask - that was very sweet. We only stayed one night at Tambisan Resort as we just added Siquijor last minute to our trip. The room was comfortable. There’s hot water, air conditioning, and slippers to use. Our universal adaptor somehow wasn’t working and so Ivette lent me one to use. Breakfast was amazing too. We didn’t get to use this but they can help set up transportation to seaport. They can also get scooters to rent for you. Wish we were able to stay longer.
