    The food was great. The location was great. The staff were wonderful. The family is vegan and they went out of the way even though they had several options already available on the menu. The free shuttle to town is wonderful.I would stay here again

    This was possibly hands down one of the dirtiest and worst located hotels. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice as there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and dirty sheets. The second set of sheets were stained with blood - disgusting and unsanitary. Our balcony door was broken and would not open. Despite bringing this to the managers attention on at least three occasions, it was never even looked at. Food was bland and very disappointing. Paid a fortune for the room and they still charged us extortionate prices for the transfer to and from the resort. There is absolutely nothing to do here - the sea is far too rough for swimming and the pool is small and dirty. The only guests who stay here are the ones who buy packages on luxury escapes with all inclusive. We would never return here and certainly would not recommend to anybody.
