    I arrived at the hotel three days earlier than planned, and luckily, my room was already available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides. I didn’t realize that you had to personally request housekeeping if you wanted your room cleaned—this wasn’t clearly communicated. Additionally, unlike other accommodations I’ve stayed at, they didn’t provide fresh bottled water every day. Unfortunately, on the third day, I discovered I had bedbugs. My legs were covered in bites, although my arms and face were untouched. When I reported it, I felt like the staff didn’t take it seriously and seemed skeptical, which was frustrating and disappointing. Given the visible bites, I expected a more proactive and understanding response. The hotel itself could use some renovations, but if not for the bedbug issue, it would’ve been well worth the price. Sadly, I didn’t receive a refund, although I was able to cancel the rest of my stay free of charge. In short: great people, convenient location, but cleanliness and communication need improvement—especially when it comes to serious issues like bedbugs.

    stayed there for 1 week felt more like an air BnB not a hotel . No daily housekeeping and we was never asked if there was anything we needed we just had to figure out everything our selves . Location is ok . About 40 mins walk from nai Harn beach which is a great beach . 10 mins walk from the strip where there’s shops and restaurants.
