    One of the best stays we have booked in Japan so far. Very nice location, super clean hotel with lots and lots of amenities, very spacious. Check in was super easy. Will definitely book this place again.

    This hotel has excellent price with excellent facilities, with good staff and clear check in instruction, and had good location near peace park

    The room facilities are good with lots of amenities like shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee… there also a microwave, fridge ang washing sink in the room. Room is clean. There is 7Eleven right in front, laundromat within 70m walking. However i still have to rate this hotel 3* because of the stupid checkin process. This is an automated checkin process (no human there to help, except a staff provide remote instruction but it could not help at the end). Our group of 5 adults and 7 kids took 1.5 hours (9.30PM to 10.55PM) to get it done though we already filled the online pre-checkin form. We didnt get any email from the hotel after we had done the online pre-checkin. So when we arrive, we had to re input all info of 12 persons, which was really a nightmare after a long day. The key machine us damn stupid too, it always get mistake when uploading passport images :((((
