    Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Taj Tristar. However, when my room door would not open with the key card, the reception staff did not respond to my complaint until I raised it for the third time. Their eventual assistance was helpful, but the delay was disappointing. There are also a few other areas that could be improved. The breakfast staff could be warmer and more welcoming when guests arrive—a simple smile and “good morning” would make a positive difference. Housekeeping could pay greater attention to detail, such as ensuring that the menu card is in good condition and providing laundry bags together with a laundry price list. With more prompt responses and greater attention to these details, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.

    The approach to the hotel and the neighbourhood is full of stench.The toilet is just average with the jet spray almost non-functional
