    The location is good Staffs are helpful Unhygienic No facilities provided unless asked such as Toiletries, Towell, Blankets, Slippers etc.

    The place was very well located and clean. The area was peaceful and the hotel staff were very co operating and helpful.

    Taj Nice Point needs to work more on cleanliness, providing toileteries without asking, timings of cafeteria eg. no bed tea etc. Positive was about Arjun who is the owner who drew a map of how to go about our trip to Taj and surroundings which became a moment of truth for us. It was not his job but he still went an extra mile for ensuring comfort to us.

    Room cleanliness shall be improved. Washroom is slippery & no outside foot mat provided outside washroom. Hot water came for one person only. We managed with the water kettle which also to be asked to provide. It’s okay but price is high for such facilities.
