    I had a great time at Taharaya Ryokan. Not only were the beds comfortable but I really enjoyed their Ofuro for late night baths (it‘s open 24h) and the quietness. The Ryokan is led by a friendly family and although I don‘t speak any Japanese, we got well by using the translation app. Taharaya Ryokan is well located, about 10min walking distance railway station, not too far from Kakegawa castle or the next bigger supermarket. If I ever return to Kakegawa, I would stay again!
